These oyster coasters (AKA 'coysters') are hand-stamped with an allover oyster pattern. The leather is natural un-dyed vegetable-tanned cow hide that will darken over time and develop a beautiful patina. The more exposure it gets to sunlight, condensation, and the oils on your skin, the more rich the color becomes. 

The oyster design is based on an original drawing by Alison Van Hemelrijck inspired by her family's oyster farm in Narragansett.
